Mr and Miss Bindura University of Science Education: The Rising Flame of Creative Leadership
iTechlab Group proudly supported the Mr & Miss BUSE 2025 event, celebrating youth, creativity, and leadership. Congratulations to Takalani Siphuma and Praise Manhimbe for being crowned. We remain committed to uplifting artistic talent and bringing art back into the formal space where it belongs.
Mr and Miss BUSE 2025 was not just a competition—it was a lens into the untapped brilliance simmering across Zimbabwe’s campuses. Every walk, every answer, every outfit told a story—of hustle, of culture, of dreams sharpened in silence. Takalani and Praise may have taken the crowns, but each contestant left with something greater: the realization that their art, their voice, and their presence are enough.
What we saw that night wasn’t just entertainment. It was leadership disguised in elegance, activism wrapped in rhythm, and intelligence expressed through style. That is the kind of Zimbabwe we dream of—one where youth are not asked to pick between talent and impact, but are encouraged to use their talent to make an impact.
At iTechlab Group, we have always stood at the intersection of technology and people—but people are not just users of systems. They are creators, performers, and narrators of our national story. Our journey to support the arts is about opening more platforms, inviting more voices, and dismantling the belief that art must wait in the shadows of science.
Our Pledge
We don’t just applaud from the sidelines. We invest, we mentor, and we open doors. Through this initiative, and many more to come, we are:
Championing events that allow young people to tell their stories
Working to integrate creative talent into innovation hubs and digital platforms
Supporting initiatives that highlight the dignity and importance of art in national progress
Making space for youth to dream boldly, perform proudly, and lead confidently
This is not a phase. This is a movement. And it starts with moments like Mr & Miss BUSE.
To the organizers, the students, the artists, and everyone who showed up—not just to watch but to believe: you are part of something powerful.
And to the crowned champions—Takalani Siphuma and Praise Manhimbe—wear your titles boldly. You are not just campus celebrities; you are now role models for thousands of young Zimbabweans who need a reason to keep going.
We see you.We support you.And we’re not letting go.
